2019年大连市白纹伊蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解大连市白纹伊蚊幼虫对几种常用杀虫剂的抗性,为蚊虫的防控提供依据。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的幼虫浸渍法,测定Ⅳ龄幼虫的半数致死浓度。结果双硫磷、敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯对大连市白纹伊蚊幼虫的LC50分别为0.003 026、0.160 364、0.007 474、0.017 582和0.003 963 mg/L,为敏感品系的1.89、4.01、8.30、8.79和9.91倍。结论大连市白纹伊蚊幼虫对双硫磷敏感,对敌敌畏、高校氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯有低抗性。与2017年相比,除双硫磷外,其余4种杀虫剂的LC50值均有所上升。应定期开展蚊虫抗药性监测,为制定科学合理的防治策略提供依据。 Objective To investigate the resistance of Aedes albopictus larvae to commonly used insecticides in Dalian City,and provide guidance for the control of mosquitoes.Methods Larvae dipping method recommended by WHO was employed to test LC50 s of the larvae at the fourth instar.Results The LC50 s of temephos,dichlorvos,betacypermethrin,permethrin and deltamethrin to the larvae were 0.003026(RR=1.89),0.160364(RR=4.01),0.007474(RR=8.30),0.017582(RR=8.79)and 0.003963 mg/L(RR=9.91)respectively.Conclusion The larvae of Aedes albopictus in Dalian were low resistant to the five insecticides.Compared with 2017,the LC50 s of the four insecticides increased except temephos.Mosquito resistance monitoring should be conducted regularly to provide basis for the development of scientific and reasonable defense strategy.
