摘要
目的调查内江市白纹伊蚊种群幼虫及成虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为内江市白纹伊蚊抗性治理提供相应对策。方法在内江市建城区范围内(东西南北中)采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室繁殖1~2代后,采用刘维德推荐的生物测试法测定白纹伊蚊幼虫抗性水平,WHO推荐的接触筒法测定白纹伊蚊成虫的抗性水平。幼虫抗药性监测结果以中国疾病预防控制中心实验室敏感品系(S-lab)为参照。结果内江市白纹伊蚊种群幼虫对溴氰菊酯为高度抗性,对高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯为中等抗性,对双硫磷为低抗性,对敌敌畏敏感。成虫对氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯为中抗,对敌敌畏和双硫磷为敏感。结论加强对内江市白纹伊蚊的抗药性监测,科学合理使用杀虫剂。
Objective To survey the resistance status of larva and adult of Aedes albopictus to several commonly used insecticides in Neijiang. Methods Larvae of Aedes albopictus were collected in five orientations of Neijiang, and bred for 1 to 2 generations in the lab, then tested with Weide Liu bioassay. Adult bioassay was recommended by WHO. Results Aedes albopictus larvae developed high resistance to deltamethrin, middle resistance to beta-cypermethrin and permethrin, and low resistance to temephos. Aedes albopictus larvae were sensitive to DDVP. Aedes albopictus adults held middle resistance to dehamethrin, beta-eypermethrin and permethrin, and were sensitive to DDVP and temephos. Conclusion Insecticide resistance of mosquitoes should be monitored regularly. Insecticides should be used scientifically and rationally.
