摘要
本文主要针对静态混料真空浇注工艺,以35kV以下干式互感器用环氧树脂体系为研究对象,阐述了静态混料工艺对其产品的性能影响,并从提高生产效率的角度,研究互感器在制造过程中,静态混料工艺的先进性。
In this paper, The static mixing vacuum casting process is mainly focused on,And the epoxy resin system for dry-type transformer under 35 kV is taken as the research object, And the influence of static mixing process on the product performance is described, From the point of view of improving production efficiency, The progressiveness of static mixing technology in the process of manufacturing transformers is studied.
