摘要
马齿苋作为一种分布较广的药食两用植物,主要含有生物碱类、萜类、香豆素类、黄酮类、有机酸类、挥发油及多糖等化学成分。研究表明其具有抗炎、镇痛、抑菌、降血脂、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、增强免疫等作用,被广泛应用在药品、保健食品、护肤品等领域。通过对其化学成分,药理活性进行分析并进一步阐述资源、开发利用现状,旨在为马齿苋药用资源的深入开发及相关产业发展提供参考依据。
Purslane is a widely distributed plant for both medicine and food,which mainly contains alkaloids,terpenoids,coumarins,flavonoids,organic acids,volatile oils and polysaccharides.Modern studies have shown that it has the effects of anti-inflammation,analgesia,bacteriostasis,reducing blood lipids,reducing blood sugar,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-aging,enhancing immunity and so on.It has been used in medicine,health food,skin care products and other fields.The analysis of its chemical composition,pharmacological activity and further expounding the current situation of the development and utilization of resources can provide a reference basis for the further development of purslane medicinal resources and the development of related industry.
