摘要
选择食用农产品中农药残留检出率较高的四种蔬菜为试样,采用气相色谱-ECD、气相色谱-FPD分别对试样中有机氯、拟除虫菊酯、有机磷农药残留进行检测。比较分析7种农药在四种蔬菜基质中产生的基质效应。经实验分析得出7种农药在四种蔬菜基质中均存在不同程度的基质增强或基质减弱效应,其基质效应强弱与农药及蔬菜种类有关。在日常农药残留检测时,建议采用基质标进行定量检验,以保证检测数据的准确性。
Four vegetables with high detection rate of pesticide residues in edible agricultural products were selected as experimental samples.Organochlorine,pyrethroid and organophosphorus pesticide residues in the experimental samples were detected by gas chromatography-ECD and gas chromatography-FPD.The matrix effects of seven pesticides in four vegetable substrates were compared and analyzed.Through experimental analysis,it is found that the seven pesticides have different levels of matrix enhancement or matrix weakening effect in the four vegetable substrates,and the matrix effect is related to the pesticide and vegetable types.In daily pesticide residue testing,it is recommended to use matrix standards for quantitative testing to ensure the accuracy of the testing data.
