Development of a GC-NPD Standard Addition Method for Detection of Organo-phosphorus Pesticide Residues in Laboratory Test

摘要 采用标准加入法定量,建立了甘蓝中同时测定5种常用有机磷(敌敌畏、甲基对硫磷、毒死蜱、马拉硫磷、对硫磷)的气相色谱方法。用乙腈振荡提取残留在样品中的5种有机磷农药,采用NPD检测器对其进行测定。所测定的5种有机磷在DB-1701毛细管柱上得到了很好的分离。重复性实验中相对标准偏差为2.7040%~3.5095%,检测限为0.005~0.01mg/kg。实验室比对中,测定同一样品中不同质量浓度的多农残,单点回收率不稳定,误差较大,标准加入法消除了基质的影响,克服了上述定量不准确的问题,在0.05~1.5mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系。验证实验中,相对误差范围为1.2975~3.2779。 Standard addition method was used to determine the residuals of five commonly used organo-phosphorus pesticides (dichlorvos, parathion-methyl, chlorpyrifos, malathion, parathion) in cabbage by DB-1701 capillary column and gas chromatography. The residuals was first extracted by acetonitrile and then determined by nitrogen phosphorus detector (NPD). The result showed that five organo-phosphorus pesticides residual were separated distinctively on DB-1701 capillary column. The relative standard deviations of repetitative tests ranged from 2.7040 to 3.5095%, and the detection limits ranged from 0.005 to 0.01 mg/kg. The standard addition method eliminated the influence of background substrates and avoided the inaccuracy of single recovery quantitative determination of the concentrations of different pesticide residues contained in the same sample. It also showed a good linearity within the range of 0.05 to 1.5 mg/L. The method is effective in laboratory test to detect multi-organo-phosphorus pesticide residuals in vegetables and fruits due to its simplicity, accuracy and reliability.
