摘要
深化军地合作发展是深化国防和军队改革的重要内容。为了适应我国军地合作发展的大形势,推进军队医院药材保障向军地合作的深度发展,结合当前军队医院药材保障中存在的问题,重点围绕军地双方应在统一思想认识、健全制度机制、完善服务体系和加强人才培养等方面下功夫,圆满做好军队医院药材保障工作。
Deepening the development of civil-military integration is an important part of deepening the reform of national defense and the army.In order to adapt to the trend of development of China’s military and civilian integration,promote the further development of civil-military integration of military hospital medicinal material support,we should combine with the current problems that exist in the military hospital medicinal material support,emphasis on unified cognitions,perfecting the institutional mechanisms,improve the service system and strengthening personnel training for both sides,so as to complete the medicinal material security work of military hospital successfully.
