摘要
目的：提高药房药库药品验收效率，加强药品入库的信息化管理。方法：在医院的药品编码与供应商的药品编码一一对应的基础上，通过医院信息系统与供应商物流仓储管理系统的电子数据交换，借助条形码技术形成药库条形码药品验收系统，并评价其功能及应用效果。结果：实施条形码药品验收系统后提高了“零库存”管理效率，实现了采购计划自动化、收货实时监控、入库单生成自动化；与未实施前比较，实施后库房面积和人力成本分别减少了66．95％、50％，药库月平均库存由1600万元减少到约100万元，入库平均效率由每种药品花费6～12s提高为每张订单10～15s。结论：条形码药品验收系统改变了传统的药库药品验收模式，提高了药品的入库效率和入库数据的准确性，促进了医院药品供应链信息化管理，是“零库存”
OBJECTIVE： To promote the drug acceptance efficiency in pharmacy store and strengthen the information manage- ment of drug storage in our hospital. METHODS： After verifying the correspondence between drug barcode of hospital and drug barcode provided by the supplier, exchanging electronic data between hospital information and supplier logistics warehouse manage- ment system, drug barcode acceptance system was developed with barcode technique. The function and effect of the system were evaluated. RESULTS： The implementation of drug barcode acceptance system promoted the efficiency of ＂zero inventory＂ man- agemet, achieved automatic purchase plan, real-time acceptance monitoring, automatic drug receipts. Compared with before the im- plementation of the system, the area of the warehouse and human costs decreased by 66.95% and 50% ; monthly inventory de- creased from 16 million yuan to 1 million yuan; the efficiency of drug acceptance improved from 6-12 s each type to 10-15 s each order after the implementation of the system. CONCLUSIONS ： The application of drug barcode acceptance system changes tradi- tional drug acceptance model, improves the efficiency and accuracy of drug acceptance and promotes information management of drug supply chain; it is worthy of spreading under ＂zero inventory＂ management.
