摘要
随着全球内燃机技术的不断提升,柴油机的排放法规日趋严格,而柴油机颗粒物捕集器(DPF)可以减少排气中85-95%的颗粒物排放,成为了汽车达到国六法规要求必备的一个关键部件。本文主要介绍了柴油机DPF系统的国内外研究现状,通过对近年来DPF关键技术的总结,展望了DPF的发展趋势,为其后续的优化设计提供参考,以期促进今后该技术的发展。
With the continuous improvement of global internal combustion engine technology,diesel engine emission regulations are becoming increasingly strict,and diesel particulate catcher(DPF)can reduce the emission of 85-95%particulate matter in the exhaust,becoming a key component required by the sixth national regulations.This paper mainly introduces the research status of diesel engine DPF system at home and abroad,summarizes the key technologies of DPF in recent years,forecasts the development trend of DPF,provides reference for its subsequent optimization design,and hopes to promote the development of this technology in the future.
