摘要
目的比较阿替普酶与尿激酶在急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗中的疗效与安全性。方法选取本院2017年1月至2019年5月收治的118例急性期脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(n=65)与对照组(n=53),观察组采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,对照组采用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗,比较两组疗效与安全性。结果溶栓前两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较差异无统计学意义;溶栓后2、24 h观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);溶栓后7 d,两组NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义;两组不良事件总发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论阿替普酶在急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗中治疗效果更佳,更有利于降低神经功能缺损程度,且安全性较高。
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of alteplase and urokinase in intravenous thrombolytic therapy of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 118 patients with acute cerebral infarction who admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group(n=65)and control group(n=53)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was given alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy,and control group was treated with urokinase intravenous thrombolytic therapy.The efficacy and safety were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in the score of the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)between two groups before thrombolysis.The NIHSS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group after thrombolysis for 2 h and 24 h(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the NIHSS score between two groups after thrombolysis for 7 d.There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse events between two groups.Conclusion Alteplase in intravenous thrombolytic therapy of patients with acute cerebral infarction has better curative effects,it can decrease the degree of neurological deficit and have higher safety.
