摘要
如何将道德价值和伦理责任设计到智能人工物中,成为技术治理不可忽视的难题。本文运用技术现象学还原法,通过对智能人工物的价值与责任问题源起与范围、责任分配的追溯。梳理出技术内在关系进路、混合式系统进路和价值敏感设计进路三种技术治理路径。以期为智能人工物的技术治理提供一些参考。
How to design moral values and ethical responsibilities into intelligent artifacts has become a difficult problem for technological governance. In order to provide some reference for the technical governance of intelligent artificial objects, this paper takes usage of the technical phenomenological reduction method by tracing the origin of intelligent artificial objects’ value and responsibility and the allocation of responsibilities. Through the process, we sort out three technology governance paths: the internal relationship approach, hybrid system approach and value-sensitive design approach.
