摘要
目的研究纳米铜-碳滤芯对冷却水中细菌的除菌与抑菌效果。方法用X射线衍射仪和透射电镜技术及细菌培养方法,对纳米铜-碳滤芯物理性能及其对冷却水中细菌的滤除效果进行观察。结果纳米铜-碳滤芯内含的碳壳结构可挟制CuO和Cu2+的析出,并可增强纳米CuO的稳定性和表面长效抑菌性。该滤芯对冷却水中细菌的除菌率达99.05%~99.54%,具有较好的抗菌性。结论纳米铜-碳滤芯既具有纳米材料的优点,又具有良好的除菌效果。
Objective To study antibacterial effect of nano-copper carbon filter element on microorganisms in cooling water.Methods Using X-ray diffractometer,transmission electron microscopy technology and bacterial culture method,the physical properties of the nano-copper carbon filter element and its effect of filtering microorganisms in cooling water were observed.Results The carbon shell structure contained in the nano-cooper carbon filter element could hold the precipitation of Cu O and Cu2+,and could enhance the stability of the nano-Cu O and the long-term bacteriostasis of the surface.The filter element had a antibacterial rate of 99.05%~99.54%in cooling water.Conclusion Nano-copper carbon filter element has the advantages of nano-materials,and also has a good antibacterial effect.
