火龙果含有丰富的蛋白质、天然色素、果胶与黄酮等营养成分,具有非常好的保健作用。本文就火龙果的营养成分及其保健作用进行阐述,从而为火龙果产品的开发提供一定的理论基础和依据。
There are main active ingredients in Pitaya Fruit,such as Protein,natural colours,pectin,flavonoids,et al.It makes the Pitaya Fruit have a very good health effect.This article elaborates the nutrient composition and healthy function of Pitaya fruit,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis and basis for the development of Pitaya fruit products.
