处方级联致老年患者肌酐升高1例 被引量：5

Elevated sera creatinine levels in elderly patients caused by prescribing cascade

摘要 1例80岁男性前列腺增生患者,应用琥珀酸索利那新片,用药4 d后出现便秘,对症加用麻仁软胶囊和乳果糖口服溶液通便,用药9 d后患者先后出现腹泻、尿潴留,伴血肌酐升高,提示处方级联形成。及时停药并增加患者入液量,缓解肾灌注不足,同时改善肾前性和肾后性因素,患者尿潴留好转,血肌酐水平下降。
