摘要
针对西铭矿8号煤层48705工作面存在瓦斯涌出量较高等问题,通过理论分析和FLUENT数值模拟等手段得到了48705工作面相对涌出量为5.5m3/t;并对上隅角埋管抽采瓦斯浓度场进行了数值模拟,得到采取上隅角埋管抽采措施的确可以有效防治上隅角瓦斯浓度超限,确定了相应的埋管方案和插管方案;最后取得了良好的应用效果。
Aiming at the problem of high gas emission in No.8 coal seam of Ximing Coal Mine,the relative gas emission of No.48705 coal face is 5.5m3/t by theoretical analysis and FLUENT numerical simulation,and the gas concentration field of upper corner buried pipe extraction is numerically simulated,and it is concluded that the measures of upper corner buried pipe extraction can be adopted.Effectively prevent and control gas concentration exceeding the limit in upper corner,determine the corresponding burying and intubation scheme,and finally achieve good application results.
