摘要
随着煤矿开采水平的不断提高,瓦斯抽采工艺面临着瓦斯抽采钻孔封口不严所导致的抽采率低以及抽采浓度不达标的问题。为了提高瓦斯抽采浓度,保证井下作业安全,通过预测瓦斯涌出量,测算钻孔最大仰角与最小仰角明确瓦斯钻孔位置,同时,采取“两堵一注”的囊袋式注浆的方式封孔提高抽采系统密封性,以此达到对瓦斯抽采工艺的优化后,达到对瓦斯抽采浓度的优化。最后,通过对某煤矿瓦斯抽采工艺进行优化应用,结果表明:瓦斯抽采率提高了27.8%,同时,瓦斯抽采浓度得到了较为明显的提升。
With the continuous improvement of coal mining level,gas extraction technology is facing the problems of low extraction rate and substandard extraction concentration caused by inadequate sealing of gas extraction boreholes.In order to improve the gas extraction concentration and ensure the safety of underground operations,the gas emission rate is predicted,and the maximum and minimum elevation angles of the borehole are calculated to determine the location of the gas borehole.At the same time,a bag type grouting method of"two blockages and one injection"is adopted to seal the borehole and improve the sealing of the extraction system.This achieves the optimization of the gas extraction process and the optimization of the gas extraction concentration.Finally,by optimizing the gas extraction process of a certain coal mine,the results showed that the gas extraction rate increased by 27.8%,and at the same time,the gas extraction concentration was significantly increased.
