摘要
睑板腺功能障碍被认为是干眼的主要危险因素之一。随着干眼发病率逐年升高,睑板腺功能障碍也越来越受到重视。目前睑板腺功能障碍的病因和发病机制尚未完全阐明,有待于进一步实验研究探索,因此寻找一种契合人类睑板腺功能障碍特征的动物模型有着十分重要的意义和广阔的应用前景。目前已知构建睑板腺功能障碍动物模型的方式主要包括局部或全身药物诱导,转基因或基因敲除技术,手术封闭睑板腺开口以及摘除泪腺,暴露于干燥压力环境或改变饮食等,实验对象多采用大鼠、小鼠、兔、狗等。本文将总结现有的睑板腺功能障碍动物模型制备方式,为相关研究提供一定参考依据。
Meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD) is considered to be one of the main risk factors of dry eye.With the incidence rate of dry eye increasing year by year,MGD is getting more and more attention.At present,the etiology and mechanism of MGD have not been fully elucidated,which need further experimental research.Therefore,it is of great significance and broad application prospect to find an animal model that fits the characteristics of MGD in humans.Currently,the known method of establishing MGD animal models mainly include local or systemic drug induction,transgenic or gene knockout techniques,surgical closure of meibomian gland openings,removing lacrimal gland,exposure to dry pressure environment or diet changes,and so on.The experimental subjects are mostly rats,mice,rabbits,dogs.This paper will summarize the existing methods of preparing MGD animal models,and provide some reference for related research.
