摘要
创新是乡村全面振兴的重要支撑,而产业振兴是乡村振兴的基础,也是乡村振兴的首要任务。文章以湖北省为例,深刻剖析了当前乡村产业振兴科技支撑存在的问题,如科技对乡村产业的有效供给不足、对农业农村绿色发展的有效支撑不足、对乡村产业发展的示范带动力不强等,提出了加强乡村产业振兴的规划引领、强化科技有效供给、强化农业绿色发展技术支撑、加快农业科技成果的转化应用等加强科技支撑乡村产业振兴的对策。
Innovation is an important support for the overall revitalization of rural area,and the revitalization of industries is the base and main task of rural revitalization.Taking Hubei Province as a case,problems of agricultural science and technology support the revitalization of the industry were analyzed,such as the current effective supply of science and technology to the rural industry is insufficient,the effective support of science and technology for the green development of agriculture and rural areas is insufficient,and the demonstration of science and technology to the development of rural industry is not much.Countermeasures were suggested,i.e.,strengthen the planning and guidance to construct rural industry revitalization system,strengthen scientific and technological innovation to increase the supply of varieties and new models,enhance the transformation and application of agricultural and technological achievements.
