摘要 目的研发基于光电传感器的反射式血氧模拟仪,以满足反射式血氧设备的评估和测试要求。方法首先根据血氧设备的测量原理,研制反射式血氧模拟仪。该设备通过采集反射式血氧设备的红光、红外信号光强和频率,产生不同强度的波形以模拟血氧值,实现测试反射式血氧设备的功能。然后选择两款反射式血氧测量设备用于反射式模拟仪测试,以检测反射式血氧模拟仪的输出范围和可靠性。结果两款反射式血氧测量设备可识别模拟仪输出的70~100之间的血氧信号,并能显示出血氧值;两款设备显示的波形与反射式模拟仪输出的脉搏波基本一致。结论在工程实践中,反射式血氧模拟仪能够模拟人体的血氧饱和度,在测试反射式血氧设备方面是可靠的,可满足工程实践要求。 Objective To developed a reflective blood oxygen simulator based on photoelectric sensor for testing and evaluating reflective blood oxygen equipment.Methods Firstly,according to the measurement principle of the blood oxygen equipment,a reflective blood oxygen simulator is developed.The reflection blood oxygen simulator collects the red light and infrared signal light intensity and frequency of the reflection blood oxygen equipment to generate waveforms of different intensities,and simulate different blood oxygen values to test the function of the reflective blood oxygen equipment.Then,two reflective blood oxygen equipments are used for testing the output range and reliability of the reflection blood oxygen simulator.Results The two reflective blood oxygen equipments can identify the blood oxygen signal from the reflection blood oxygen simulator and display the blood oxygen values.The waveforms displayed on the two reflective blood oxygen equipments are basically the same as the output pulse wave from the reflection blood oxygen simulator.Conclusions In the engineering practice,the reflective blood oxygen simulator can simulate human body blood oxygen saturation,and is reliable on testing the reflective blood oxygen equipment.It meets the requirements of engineering practice.
