摘要 血氧饱和度作为供氧状态的一个重要指标,是医护人员对疾病进行预防、诊治的重要依据之一。针对当前脉搏血氧仪功耗大、稳定性差、成本与仪器精度不可兼得等缺陷,设计中给出了一种性价比高、低功耗、可进行无线传输的光电脉搏血氧仪设计方案。系统采用指夹式光电血氧探头对血氧信号进行采集,以STM32芯片为控制核心,对采集到的信号进行分析、处理与结果显示,实现了对血氧饱和度便携、卖时、连续的检测。最终设计通过使用Fluke公司生产的Index2型血氧模拟仪进行多次测试,结果表明当血氧饱和度处于60%~80%时精度为2%,80%~99%时精度为1%,脉率检测误差为±1bpm,达到了医疗仪器的标准要求,使得本设计具有较好的使用价值。 Oxygen saturation as an important indicator of the state of oxygen is a significant basis to the health care workers on disease prevention,diagnosis and treatment. Due to the defects of the current pulse oximeter suc, h as power consumption,poor stability,the balance between price and instrument accuracy, a cost-effective,low-power and wire- less transmission photoelectric pulse oximeter is designed. The system used oximeter finger clip to acquire the oxygen signal and took the STM32 chip as its CPU, then the collected signal is analyzed, processed and displayed on the screen, the detection of blood oxygen saturation portable real-time continuous is realized. After repeating the experi- ment under different conditions by Fluck Index2 oximeter simulator, the extensive experimental results demonstrate that the accuracy is 2% when oxygen saturation is between 60% to 80% and the accuracy is 1% when oxygen satura- tion is between 80% to 99% ,the pulse rate error is less than lbpm. The results show that the design has reached the standard requirements for medical equipment, which makes the design has good value in use.
