摘要
目的通过对广西壮族自治区2020年1月23日至2月16日期间的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的流行情况进行统计,了解COVID-19疫情在广西不同地区的流行特征,为疫情防控提供参考依据。方法从广西壮族自治区卫生健康委员会官方网站获取全广西的COVID-19疫情数据,分析广西各城市疾病流行的特征并利用ArcGIS 10.6软件绘制广西不同时间点确诊病例时空分布地图。结果截至2020年2月16日,广西COVID-19的累计发病数为238例,累计发病率为0.48/10万,重症病例4例,危重病例7例,死亡2例。广西的确诊病例主要集中在南宁(51例,占21.43%)、北海(43例,占18.07%)和桂林(31例,占13.03%);北海(2.56/10万)和防城港(1.89/10万)的累计发病率明显高于其他城市,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各城市每日新增病例数逐渐减少,整体上呈现下降趋势;其中来宾在2月4日前无确诊病例,之后5 d内病例显著上升(11例),2月9日后无新增病例。结论广西COVID-19疫情进展平缓,且得到一定程度的控制,每日新增病例数总体呈下降趋势。然而一些地区仍有聚集性暴发现象,应加强对疫情的监测。
Objective The epidemic of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region during January 23 and February 16,2020 was evaluated to provide evidence for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 outbreak.Methods The COVID-19 epidemic data were obtained from the official website of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region health commission.ArcGIS 10.6 software was used to map the spatiotemporal distribution of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Guangxi.Results On February 16,2020,the cumulative incidence of COVID-19 in Guangxi was 238,with a cumulative incidence of 0.48/100000.There were 4 severe cases,7 critical cases and 2 deaths.Confirmed cases were mainly distributed in Nanning(51 cases,accounting for 21.43%),Beihai(43,18.07%)and Guilin(31,13.03%).The cumulative incidence in Beihai(2.56/100000)and Fangchenggang(1.89/100000)was higher than those of other cities(P<0.05).The daily number of new cases in each city was gradually decreased and the overall trend was downward.The Laibin had no confirmed cases before February 4,followed by a significant increase(11 cases)within 5 days,and no new cases after February 9.Conclusions In Guangxi,the epidemic of COVID-19 progressed smoothly,and the number of new cases was decreasing per day.However,there were still clusters of outbreaks in some areas and it is important to strengthen surveillance of the outbreak.
