摘要
目的探讨互联网式延续护理干预对阿尔兹海默病患者认知功能及生活活动能力的影响.方法将140例阿尔兹海默病患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组70例,对照组予以常规健康教育,观察组采用互联网式延续护理干预,观察6个月.于干预前后采用阿尔茨海默病认知功能评定量表、简易智力状态检查量表、基本生活活动能力量表评定患者的认知功能及生活活动能力.结果干预3个月及6个月,观察组阿尔茨海默病认知功能评定量表评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),简易智力状态检查量表、基本生活活动能力量表评分较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),对照组仅基本生活活动能力量表评分较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论互联网式延续护理干预能显著改善阿尔兹海默病患者的认知功能,增强其生活活动能力.
Objective To explore the effect of internet-based continuing nursing intervention on cognitive function and living activity ability of patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods 140 patients with Alzheimer's disease were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,70 cases each.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group used Internet-based continuous nursing intervention for 6 months.Before and after the intervention,ADAS-cog,MMSE,and BADL were used to evaluate patients'cognitive function and life activity ability.Results After 3 and 6 months of intervention,the ADAS-cog score in the observation group was significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.01),and the MMSE and BADL scores were significantly higher than before the intervention(P<0.01).The BADL score of the control group was significantly higher than that before the intervention(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Internet-based continuous nursing intervention can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients with Alzheimer's disease,and enhance their ability to live activities.
