摘要
目的研究分析糖尿病患者低血糖昏迷的急诊护理对策。方法于2018年1月—2019年9月,将该院接收的102例糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者,进行随机分组,包括常规组(常规基础护理)、研究组(针对性急诊护理),每组51例。结果研究组救治成功率、住院时间、血糖、满意度等各项指标明显更优,与常规组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性急诊护理可进一步改善糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者预后,促使其早日康复,值得临床重点借鉴。
Objective To study and analyze the emergency nursing strategies of hypoglycemic coma in diabetic patients.Methods From January 2018 to September 2019,102 cases of diabetic hypoglycemic coma patients received by our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,including the routine group(conventional basic care)and the research group(targeted emergency care).There were 51 cases in each group.Results The treatment group’s success rate,length of stay,blood glucose,and satisfaction were significantly better in the study group,which was significantly different from the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted emergency care can further improve the prognosis of diabetic hypoglycemic coma patients and promote their early recovery,which is worthy of clinical reference.
