摘要
目的探讨低血糖昏迷的常见病因,并总结其科学的护理方法。方法对79例低血糖昏迷患者进行回顾性分析,归纳发生低血糖昏迷的病因,并总结护理经验。结果目前低血糖昏迷发生率糖尿病患者多余非糖尿病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论快速确诊低血糖昏迷并进行积极抢救,同时采用科学的护理干预不仅能及时缓解病情减轻并发症,还能避免复发,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the common causes of low blood sugar coma, and summarizes the scientific approach to care.Methods 79 patients with low blood sugar coma patients were retrospectively analyzed,summrized hypoglycemia causes coma and summarize nursing experience.Results At present, the incidence of hypoglycemic coma excess of non-- diabetic patients with diabetes,the difference was statistically significant（P^0.01）.Conclusion Rapid diagnosis of active hypoglycemic coma and rescue,while the use of scientific nursing intervention can not only reduce complications promptly alleviate the condition,but also to avoid the recurrence of clinica,Worthy of clinical applicationo
