摘要
以上海轨交14号线地铁昌邑路站1、2号口附属项目为例,结合地铁上盖物业与地铁设施的公用结构,介绍了地铁附属配套设计过程中的具体预留内容。通过在地铁上盖物业项目的设计过程中,提前进行相关结构的预留,减少了上盖项目建设过程中的加固量,节约了上盖物业建设时间、物料、资金,相关的经验可为类似项目提供借鉴。
Taking the auiliary project of entrance No.1 and No.2 of Changyi Road Station of Shanghai rail transit line 14 as an example,combined with the public structures of subway upper cover property and subway facilities,the specific reserved contents in the auxiliary design process of the subway are introduced.In the design process of subway upper cover property project,the reservation of relevant structures shall be carried out in advance.It reduces the amount of reinforcement in the construction process of subway upper cover project and saves the construction time,materials and funds of the upper cover property.The relevant experience can provide reference for similar projects.
