摘要
对2015~2019年5年来内蒙古牛肉产业发展的情况进行了概述。主要涉及内蒙古牛肉产业链结构中的肉牛养殖区域分布及方式、牛肉产量、牛肉加工、牛肉营养和销售等方面,并阐述了内蒙古牛肉产业发展现状和面临的瓶颈,针对其存在的问题提出应对策略,以及简要概述了内蒙古牛肉产业的前景。
The development situation of the beefindustry in Inner Mongolia over the past five years from 2015 to 2019 was summarized.It mainly involved the regional distribution and methods of beef cattle breeding,beef production,beef processing,beef nutrition and sales in the structure of the beef industry chain in Inner Mongolia,and the development status and bottleneck of the beef industry in Inner Mongolia were described.The coping strategies for its existing problems were proposed,and the prospects of the beef industry in Inner Mongolia were briefly summarized.
