摘要
目的 研究内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术联合药物治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床效果.方法 选择2017年5月至2018年3月本院收治的食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者60例,根据随机双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.两组患者均接受内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术,对照组在此基础上予以普萘洛尔治疗,观察组予以卡维地洛治疗.比较两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,出血率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗期间,观察组不良反应总发生率略低于对照组(P>0.05).结论 内镜下套扎术联合卡维地洛治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床效果较好,能显著降低患者的术后出血率,且安全性较高.
Objective To study the clinical effect of endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation combined with drugs in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding.Methods A total of 60 patients with esophageal variceal bleeding admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the randomized double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation,the control group was given propranolol on this basis,while the observation group was given carvedilol.The clinical treatment effects of patients in both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the bleeding rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation combined with carvedilol in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding has a better clinical effect,it can significantly decreased postoperative bleeding rate of patients,and has higher safety.
