摘要
介绍了复杂环境下框剪结构楼房的纵向逐跨坍塌爆破工程实践,设计在楼房1~4层、6层和8~9层布设切口,电梯井及楼梯间的剪力墙采取“化墙为柱”的方式进行处理,通过在楼体各区间设置合理的爆破延期时间来使楼体框架各节点处产生弯矩,充分利用楼体结构间剪切、拉伸来改善楼体的解体效果,爆破后楼房按照要求倒塌,运用三维重建技术分析爆堆形态,发现爆堆占地面积为1632 m 2,与定向倾倒相比爆堆堆积的范围较小。解体效果较好的爆堆高度约8.5 m左右,与原地倒塌相比较,爆堆堆积范围相似,但破碎效果要更好。
The paper introduces the technique of vertical span by span collapse explosive demolition of frame-shear structure building in complex environment.Blasting cuts were arranged in layers 1~4,6 and 8~9.Shear walls in elevator shafts and stairwells were treated to columns.Selecting the reasonable blasting parameters between the spans,shear failure,tensile failure and breaking bending moment has important inducing effects on the overall instability and collapse of the whole structure.After blasting the building collapsed according to the requirements,the blasting achieved the expected effect.Three-dimensional reconstruction technology was used to analyze the shape of explosive pile,it was found that the explosion pile covered an area of 1632 m 2,which was smaller than that of directional collapse.The height of explosive pile with good disintegration effect was about 8.5 m,compared with vertical collapsing,the blasting heap stacking range was smaller,which was similar to the in-situ collapse effect.
