摘要
为验证GB/T 5750—2006原子荧光法测水中汞对DB31/T 1091—2018限值要求的适用性,以及解决测样过程中仪器基线漂移导致的数据失真问题,对GB/T 5750—2006原子荧光法测汞进行了方法验证和优化试验。结果显示:测样前应充分预热仪器至少30 min,预热时间越长,越有利于仪器稳定;本法检出限为0.01μg/L,精密度小于5.0%,回收率为101%~120%,可以满足检测要求;建议在室温为19.9℃、湿度为36%时,每测10个样品重新校准1次标准曲线,数据更稳定。
Method validation and optimization were conducted to evaluate the applicability of the determination of Hg of limit value in tap water according to DB31/T 1091—2018 by atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)in GB/T 5750—2006.Results showed that AFS should be preheat at least 30 min before detecting the samples,and the more preheating time,the more stable the instrument was.Besides,detection limits was 0.01μg/L,RSD was less than 5.0%,and recoveries were 101%~120%.Thus,the above requirement is satisfied,and it is suggested to recalibrate standard curves every 10 samples determined with the temperate of 19.9℃and the humidity of 36%.
