摘要
在地铁车辆中,速度是一个很重要的参数,因此在日常工作中,有关速度的故障,一定要认真对待。本文针对地铁车辆中出现的一起速度传感器通道故障,通过逐步分析,逐步排查,发现测速齿轮有点损伤,但是该损伤又在损伤范围内,如果更换它,会造成不必要的损失。最后通过分析通道故障的逻辑,发现该故障检测灵敏度太高,需要调整无效通道检测时间。后面通过实验对比不同时间参数下的数据,确定最优的时间参数,从而解决该问题。
In metro vehicle,the speed is a very important parameter,therefore in daily work,we must take seriously about speed fault.This paper aiming at a speed sensor channel fault in subway vehicles.Though analyzing step by step,it finally found the speed gear had a little damage,but the damage was within the scope of damage,it will cause unnecessary loss if we replace it.Finally through the analysis of the logic of channel failure,we found that the fault detection sensitivity was too high,it was necessary to adjust the invalid channel detection time.By comparison with the experimental data under different time parameters,we determined the optimal time parameter,and solved the problem.
