摘要
对密封剂中添加的聚丙二醇、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、磺酸苯酯三种增塑剂进行了定性及定量分析。试验中利用冷凝回流装置将增塑剂分离,并通过红外光谱、热失重及热重-红外联用等表征方法对其定性及定量分析,最终计算得出样品中含聚丙二醇约7.1%,DOP约11.4%,磺酸苯酯约1.4%。
Three kinds of plasticizers including polypropylene glycol,dioctyl phthalate(DOP)and benzene sulfonate commonly used in sealant were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.In the test,the plasticizers were separated by condensation reflux device,and qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetry,and thermogravimetry-infrared integration,etc.Finally,it was calculated that the sample contained about 7.1%of polypropylene glycol,11.4%of DOP and 1.4%of benzene sulfonate.
