摘要
微RNAs(miRNAs)在正常细胞发育分化及多种疾病的发生、发展过程中起重要的调控作用。miR-144/451在红细胞中高表达,被认为是红系分化发育的重要调节因子,参与血液疾病(如β珠蛋白合成障碍性贫血)的发生、发展,还参与除红系疾病以外多种疾病,如肿瘤、心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病等的发生发展。miR-144/451在肺组织中的异常表达与肺的炎症性疾病(如肺部急性感染、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺纤维化以及肺部肿瘤等重大呼吸系统疾病)病理进程密切相关,可能成为治疗这些疾病的新靶点。
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)play a critical regulatory role not only in the development and differentiation of normal cells but also in the initiation and progression of a variety of diseases.The miR-144/451 is highly expressed in erythroid cells and plays a regulatory role in the differentiation and development of erythropoiesis.miR-144/451 to be involved in the onset and development of some blood diseases,such as thalassemia.The recent evidence reveals that their abnormal functions are also observed in human non-hematopoietic organs,such as tumors,cardiovascular diseases,respiratory diseases and so on.It has been demonstrated that dysregulation of miR-144/451 in lung tissues is closely related to the pathogenesis of the inflammatory lung diseases such as acute pulmonary infection,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary fibrosis,and other major respiratory diseases such as lung tumors,which is very likely to be a new target for treating these diseases.
