摘要
目的了解ICU护士对无盆化床上擦浴认知情况。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对2019年12月广东省5家医院125例ICU护士对无盆化床上擦浴认知进行调查,分析护士对无盆化床上擦浴认知状况。结果ICU护士对无盆化擦浴认知情况一般;31.2%的护士不确定传统的擦浴是否存在感控问题,32.8%的护士也不清楚常用脸盆存在肠球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,超过20.0%的护士不清楚无盆化擦浴能更有效清除皮肤表面的油脂、脏污和微生物,仅有8.8%的护士清楚头颈部使用的湿巾不需要喷清洗液;性别、职务、职称、工作年限、第一学历对ICU护士无盆化床上擦浴认知无影响,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);科室是否开展无盆化擦浴对其认知,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有实施科室护士对无盆化擦浴认识得分更高。结论ICU护士对无盆化床上擦浴认知一般,护士愿意实施无盆化床上擦浴,管理者可以从感控、节省护士人力等方面考虑实施。
Objective To understand the cognition of ICU nurses to sponge bath.Methods 125 ICU nurses from 5 hospitals in Guangdong Province were investigated with self-designed questionnaire,and the cognition of the nurses to sponge bath was analyzed.Results The cognition of ICU nurses to sponge bath was general.31.2%of the nurses were not sure whether there was a sense of control problems in the traditional bath;32.8%of the nurses were not clear about the presence of Enterococcus and Staphylococcus aureus on the common washbasin;more than 20.0%of the nurses were not clear that the tubeless bath could more effectively remove the grease,dirt,and microorganisms on the skin surface;and only 8.8%of the nurses knew that the wipes used on the head and neck did not need to be sprayed with detergent.Gender,position,title,working years,and the first education degree had no effects on the cognition of ICU nurses sponge bath on the bed(all P>0.05);that whether the department carried out sponge bath had influence on the nurses’cognition(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognition of ICU nurses to sponge bath is general.Nurses are willing to implement sponge bath.Managers may consider the implementation from the aspects of sense control and saving nurses'manpower.
