摘要
目的探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合双环醇片对脂肪肝患者临床症状改善与肝功能的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年3月本院收治的脂肪肝患者120例,随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组应用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,研究组应用多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合双环醇片治疗,对比两组治疗后临床症状以及肝功能。结果研究组治疗后ALT、AST以及TBIL均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组TG、TC、LDL-C以及HDL-C均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合双环醇片治疗脂肪肝患者效果理想,能够有效改善患者肝功能指标以及血脂指标,有利于患者肝功能恢复,同时能够有效缓解患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得在临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with dicycloalcohol tablets on the improvement of clinical symptoms and liver function in patients with fatty liver.Methods 120 patients with fatty liver disease admitted to our hospital from September,2017 to March,2019 were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules,and the study group with polyene phosphatidylcholine and dicyclic alcohol tablets.After the treatment,the clinical symptoms and liver function were compared between these two groups.Results After the treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,TBIL,TG,TC,LDL-C,and HDL-C were better in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with dicyclo-alcohol tablets in the treatment of patients with fatty liver disease has an ideal therapeutic effect,can effectively improve their liver function and lipid indicators as well as their clinical symptoms,and is conducive to the recovery of their liver function,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
