摘要
目的 分析清肝化湿活血汤联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗酒精性肝病(alcoholic liver disease, ALD)的临床疗效及对患者肝功能的影响。方法 选择于2019年9月至2022年5月焦作煤业(集团)有限责任公司中央医院治疗的酒精性肝病患者98例,随机分为联合组与参照组,每组49例,其中参照组患者给予复方甘草酸苷片治疗,联合组则在参照组基础上联合清肝化湿活血汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗3个月后的肝功能[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBiL)],比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗3个月后,两组ALT、AST、GGT、TBiL水平均显著降低(P<0.05);与参照组对比,联合组ALT、AST、GGT、TBiL水平明显更低(P<0.05),联合组总有效率(95.92%)明显高于参照组(83.67%)(P<0.05);两组总不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用清肝化湿活血汤联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗ALD患者,有助于改善其肝功能指标,且疗效显著,安全可靠。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablet for treating alcoholic liver disease(ALD) and its effect on the liver function of patients. Methods Totally 98 patients with alcoholic liver disease who were admitted from September 2019 to May 2022 were randomly divided into the combination group and the reference group. 49 patients in each reference group received compound glycyrrhizin tablets, and the combined group was combined with liver clearing and wet blood circulation soup on the basis of the reference group. The liver function [glutamate transaminase(ALT), glutamate transaminase(AST), γ-glutamine transtranspeptidase(GGT), and total bilirubin(TBiL)] was compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, GGT and TBiL in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with reference group, ALT, AST, GGT and TBiL levels in combination group were significantly decreased(P<0.05), The total effective rate was 95.92% in combination group and which was 83.67% in reference guoup(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qinggan Huashi Huoxue decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of ALD can help to improve liver function indexes of patients, and the efficacy is significant, safe and reliable.
