摘要
目的分析中医护理干预对阑尾炎术后康复的影响。方法研究时段:2015年1月—2019年7月,方便抽取以上时段内该院收治的110例阑尾炎手术患者作为研究对象,以不同的护理措施作为分组依据,将110例患者分为对照组、实验组,每组55例。对照组用常规护理,实验组用中医护理干预,对比2组疼痛程度、术后排气与正常进食时间、护理满意度。结果护理后,疼痛程度评分实验组(3.05±0.87)分低于对照组(4.88±1.06)分(t=9.897,P=0.000);术后排气与正常进食时间实验组(16.25±4.28)h、(23.00±11.14)h短于对照组(23.45±4.30)h、(31.66±12.71)h(t=8.801、3.800,P=0.000、0.000);护理技能评分、健康教育评分、心理护理评分、病情管理评分、护理态度评分实验组(9.03±0.45)分、(9.08±0.51)分、(9.11±0.55)分、(9.17±0.37)分、(9.22±0.46)分高于对照组(8.15±1.39)分、(8.24±1.40)分、(8.30±0.66)分、(8.29±1.34)分、(8.33±1.36)分(t=4.467、4.181、6.992、4.695、4.597,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000)。结论中医护理干预用于阑尾炎手术患者中,不仅可以缓解疼痛程度、缩短术后排气与正常进食时间,又能提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of TCM nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of appendicitis.Methods Study period:From January 2015 to July 2019,110 patients with appendicitis surgery treated in our hospital during the above period were conveniently selected as the research object.Based on different nursing measures,110 patients were divided into control group and experiment group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The pain degree,postoperative exhaustion and normal eating time,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the pain score in the experimental group(3.05±0.87)points was lower than that in the control group(4.88±1.06)points(t=9.897,P=0.000);postoperative exhaust and normal feeding time in the experimental group(16.25±4.28)h,(23.00±11.14)points h are shorter than the control group(23.45±4.30)h,(31.66±12.71)h(t=8.801,3.800,P=0.000,0.000)respectively;nursing skill score,health education score,psychology nursing score,condition management score,and nursing attitude score in the experimental group were(9.03±0.45)points,(9.08±0.51)points,(9.11±0.55)points,(9.17±0.37)points,and(9.22±0.46)points,(8.15±1.39)points,(8.24±1.40)points,(8.30±0.66)points,(8.29±1.34)points,(8.33±1.36)points(t=4.467,4.181,6.992,4.695,4.597,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for patients with appendicitis surgery can not only relieve pain,shorten the postoperative exhaust and normal eating time,but also improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
