摘要
目的:探索中医特色护理在阑尾炎切除手术患者中的护理效果。方法:选择120例阑尾炎切除手术患者为试验对象,选择区组随机化分观察组和对照组,各60例,分别选择中医特色护理、常规护理。结果:观察组并发症发生率3.33%,首次排便时间(31.75±3.16)h,首次进食时间(24.37±2.96)h,首次肛门排气时间(21.13±1.95)h,肠鸣音恢复时间(18.96±2.33)h,切口愈合甲级率85.00%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对阑尾炎切除手术患者实施中医特色护理效果显著。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in patients undergoing appendectomy.Method:One hundred and twenty patients with appendicectomy were selected as the test subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group,and the traditional Chinese medicine nursing and routine nursing were used.Result:The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,the time of first defecation(31.75±3.16)h,the time of first meal(24.37±2.96)h,the time of first anal exhaust(21.13±1.95)h,and the recovery time of bowel sounds(18.96±2.33)h,the incision healing rate was 85.00%,which were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with appendicitis excision is remarkable.
