摘要
目的:探究中药熏蒸联合西药治疗干眼症的护理效果。方法:选取2016年6月~2019年2月我院接收的干眼症者90例为对象,予以所有病例中药熏蒸联合西药治疗。以整群随机化方式分设为对照组(n=46)、研究组(n=44)。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予研究组患者综合护理干预。观察两组患者护理满意度、视物模糊症状评分。结果:对照组患者护理后总满意率为73.91%,低于研究组的90.91%(P<0.05)。结论:对干眼症患者行中药熏蒸联合西药治疗的同时,辅以综合护理干预,能促进患者病情恢复,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with western medicine on dry eye.Method:From June 2016 to February 2019,90 cases of dry eye disease received by our hospital were selected as the subjects,and all cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with western medicine.The whole group was randomly divided into control group(n=46)and study group(n=44).Routine nursing was given to the patients in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention was given to the patients in the study group.The nursing satisfaction and fuzzy symptom scores of the two groups were observed.Result:The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the control group was 73.91%,lower than 90.91%in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Western medicine,combined with comprehensive nursing intervention,can promote the recovery of patients’condition and improve patients’nursing satisfaction.
