摘要
面对突发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,在住院医师规范化培训管理方面,温州医科大学附属第一医院迅速应对,出台有力措施,创新方式方法。通过激励引导、防控知识的不间断培训、住院医师直接或间接参与疫情防控,使他们思想觉悟与知识技能双提升,疫情防控成为住院医师规范化培训的生动实践。管理部门进行精准摸排、重点监测、分类管理、科学施策,通过制订错峰返岗与返院后管理方案、发挥导师作用、开展疫情期间身心健康状况调查、实地走访、答疑解惑、制定疫情形势下培训指导意见、推进线上教学等措施,既做好疫情防控,又保证培训教学不中断。通过对疫情的反思,对住院医师规范化培训课程体系调整提出具体建议。
Facing with the outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease named as COVID-19,The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University responded quickly,issued effective measures,and innovated approaches and methods in terms of standardized residency training management.During the outbreak,residents were under incentive guidance and continuously trained with knowledge of prevention and control of the disease.With their direct or indirect participation in prevention and control of the epidemic,their ideological awareness as well as medical knowledge and skills were improved,making this process a vivid practice of standardized residency training.The management department has conducted various actions to ensure the safety of the residents,including precise investigation,key monitoring,classified management,scientific implementation of policies,as well as formulating back-towork plans at different periods.After residents returned to hospital,quite a series of measures have been implemented,including proper mentor,paying attention to residents’physical and mental health during the epidemic,field visits,answering questions and doubts,formulating guidance for residency training under the epidemic situation,and promoting online teaching.These measures can not only prevent and control the epidemic situation,but also ensure the continuous teaching of residency training.And through the reflection of the epidemic situation,this paper proposes some suggestions on the adjustments of the standardized residency training course system.
