摘要
我国铁路在一些特殊桥梁结构中仍采用有砟轨道,使"中国速度"受到限制。针对高速铁路大跨度斜拉桥无砟轨道施工技术开展研究,自主研发多项新工艺、新技术,并成功应用于商合杭高铁裕溪河特大桥。在商合杭高铁联调联试阶段,动检车以时速385 km驶过裕溪河特大桥,成为高速铁路大跨度斜拉桥提速测试的世界最快速度。该技术的成功应用,突破了特殊结构无砟轨道施工技术一大瓶颈,填补了高速铁路相关领域的技术空白。
Given the application of ballast track on special railway bridge and its restrictions to the"Speed of China",the paper studies the construction technology for ballastless track of long-span cable-stayed bridges on high speed railways,and independently develops a host of new techniques which have been successfully applied to Yuxihe Super Long Bridge on Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou High Speed Railway.Amid the integrated commissioning&test of the railway,the inspecting vehicles run through the Yuxihe Super Long Bridge at 385 km/h,unprecedented in the speedup test on long-span cable-stayed bridges on high speed railways.The successful application of the technology relieves the technical bottlenecks in the construction for the ballastless track on special structures and fills in gap in relevant field of high speed railways.
