摘要
新河大桥是一座新建的大跨度中承式钢箱提篮拱桥(主跨196 m)。为准确掌握该桥在服役荷载作用下的力学性能,验证桥梁结构是否达到设计预期,对该桥进行了成桥荷载试验。其中,静载试验选取了11个控制截面,实测了应变、吊杆索力、挠度、拱座水平位移多个力学参数;动载试验测试了结构自振频率以及跑车、跳车、刹车激励作用下结构的动力响应。结果表明:静载试验结构校验系数和相对残余均满足规范要求,吊杆索力和拱座水平位移有较大富余;动载试验实测自振频率高于计算频率,实测阻尼比小于5%,实测冲击增大系数为1.176~1.371。结构各项性能达到设计预期。
Xinhe Bridge is a newly built large-span half-through steel box basket-handle arch bridge with a main span of 196 m.In order to evaluate the mechanical performance of the bridge under the service load and verify whether it reaches the design expectations,load tests have been carried out on the bridge.In the static load test,11 control sections were selected for measuring several mechanics parameters,including strain,suspender cable force,deflection,and horizontal displacement of the abutment.In the dynamic load test,the natural frequency and the dynamic response under the vibration excitation,such as a vehicle running load,bumping load,and braking load,were tested.The results show as follows.The structural verification coefficient and relative residual meet the requirements of the code.The cable force of the suspender and the horizontal displacement of the abutment have a large surplus.The measured natural frequency is higher than the calculated frequency.The measured damping ratio is less than 5%.The measured impact amplification coefficient is 1.176~1.371.Each performance of the test achieves the design expectation.
