摘要
为了保障化工区的生产安全以及员工的生命财产安全,利用挪威船级社的PHAST软件,建立数学物理模型,通过设定不同的事故情境、气候条件、泄漏管道的直径、泄漏时间、地面粗糙程度等因素对化工园区液氨泄漏后果进行模拟分析,获得液氨泄漏后园区气体扩散中毒与死亡情况、喷射火影响范围、早起爆炸影响等模拟结果。该分析结果将直观地展示液氨泄漏后的影响范围、危险程度,可为企业事故现场员工自救,为企业进行事故控制、采取安全措施提供帮助。
In order to ensure the production safety of chemical industry zones and the safety of the life and property of employees,the PHAST software of DNV is used to establish a mathematical and physical model,and the consequences of liquid ammonia leakage in chemical industry zones are simulated and analyzed by setting different accident situations,climatic conditions,diameter of leakage pipelines,leakage time,roughness of the ground and other factors.The simulation results of gas diffusion poisoning and death,the impact range of jet fire and the impact of early explosion after liquid ammonia leakage are obtained.The analysis results will provide a visual understanding of the impact range and risk degree of liquid ammonia leakage in the chemical industry park,thus providing help for self-rescue of employees on the accident site of enterprises,accident control and effective safety measures for enterprises.
