摘要 绥电公司一期液氨储罐液位测量系统,原设计采用磁翻板式液位测量。自2014年投运以来,经常出现液位测量值不准确、信号抗静电干扰性能差、设备故障频发现象,严重影响一期供氨系统的安全稳定运行。改变液位测量方式后,采用外贴式超声波液位测量系统,可实现液氨储罐的高精度精准测量,从根本上解决了由液位测量不准造成的装置误动、SCR供氨不足而造成的瞬间氮氧化物超标的环保问题。 The original design of the liquid level measurement system of the phase 1 liquid ammonia storage tank of Suidian Company adopts magnetic flap type liquid level measurement.Since it was put into operation in 2014,there are often inaccurate liquid level measurement values,poor signal anti-static interference performance,frequent equipment failures,which seriously affect the safe and stable operation of phase 1 ammonia supply system.After the liquid level measurement method is changed,the external stick type ultrasonic liquid level measurement system is used to realize the high-precision and precise measurement of liquid ammonia storage tank,which fundamentally solves the environmental protection problem of instantaneous nitrogen oxide exceeding the standard caused by the device misoperation,the inaccurate liquid level measurement and the lack of SCR ammonia supply.
