摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,随着患者救治工作的逐步推进,越来越多的患者进入康复期,出院需求和出院后的安置等问题逐渐显现。基础性疾病较重、出院后无处可去、社会接纳、个人意愿等因素都影响新型冠状病毒肺炎治愈患者的出院,其中部分因素并非医疗机构可以解决的,这给医院及医务人员造成很大的负担。文章在对影响治愈患者出院因素和已采取的有效措施进行分析和探讨的基础上,建议在面对突发公共卫生事件时,更加注重特殊时期病人分类救治、联合多部门共同参与解决,并加强政府信息发布公开透明及对人群心理疏导,提高突发公共卫生事件应对能力。
Since COVID-19 outbreak,with the gradual progress of the treatment of patients,more and more patients have entered the recovery stage,and problems,such as discharge demand and post-discharge placement,have gradually emerged. Factors,such as severe basic diseases,no place to go after discharge,social acceptance and personal willingness all affect the discharge of COVID-19 cured patients. Some of these factors are beyond the capacity of medical institution,causing great burden to hospitals and medical staff. The paper analyzes and discusses the factors affecting discharge and the effective measures. It is suggested to pay attention to the classification treatment and cure of patients in the special period,to cooperate with many departments, to strengthen tha publication and transparency of government information issue,and to improve the ability to respond to public health emergencies.
