摘要
对精细化管理在公路工程管理中的重要性进行了总结,分析了当前公路工程管理中出现的问题,主要有施工材料和设备管理存在的问题、施工队伍整体素质和技术水平有待提高,并提出了相应的精细化管理策略。
This paper summarizes the importance of fine management in highway engineering management,analyzes the existing problems in the current highway engineering management,including the problems in the management of construction materials and equipment,the overall quality and technical level of the construction team to be improved,and puts forward the corresponding fine management strategy.
