摘要
针对垃圾焚烧发电厂建设与运营中的复杂问题,文章提出“1+1+N”智慧架构设计,并结合怀化市垃圾焚烧发电项目进行应用研究。研究表明,该架构在提升工程管理效率、资源利用率及技术协同效果的同时,有效降低了工期偏差与成本超支,显著改善了环保性能与运营安全,充分实现了项目低碳化与智慧化管理目标。
In response to the complex issues in the construction and operation of waste incineration power plants,the paper proposes the'1+1+N'smart architecture design and conducts an application study in combination with the waste incineration power project in Huaihua city.The study shows that this architecture has effectively improved project management efficiency,resource utilization rate,and technical collaboration,while significantly reducing schedule deviation and cost overruns.It has also notably enhanced environmental performance and operational safety,fully achieving the project goals of low-carbon and intelligent management.
