成品油管道顺序输送过程减阻效果评价 被引量:10

Evaluation on Resistance Reducing Effect in Sequential Transportation Process of Product Oils in Pipeline

摘要 顺序输送管道系统中,管道压差不仅受减阻剂加注浓度的影响,还取决于管道内各油品所占的比例,因此输送单一油品管道的减阻效果评价方法已不适用于顺序输送管道。以顺序输送成品油管道压力组成为基础,引入摩阻系数替代基准压力、流量的换算,建立顺序输送成品油管道减阻效果评价方法,并应用于化王复线成品油管道系统。分别对注入含减阻剂0#柴油、排出92#汽油阶段,以及注入不含减阻剂0#柴油、排出含减阻剂0#柴油阶段进行分析,得出化王复线减阻率随时间的变化趋势,在流量455.65 m3/h的工况下,能够达到的最大减阻率为54%。试验工况下,最大流量为550.93 m3/h,突破了化王复线成品油管道系统的输量瓶颈。 The scientific evaluation of the drag reduction effect of polymer drag reducer for product oil transportation pipeline is the key to guide the field application of drag reducer.For the batch transport pipeline system,the pressure difference in the product oil transportation pipeline is not only affected by the concentration of the drag reducing agent,but also depends on the proportion of different product oils in the pipeline.Therefore,the method for evaluating the drag reduction effect of drag reducing agent in single product oil transportation pipeline is not suitable for the sequential transportation pipeline of different product oils.Based on the pressure composition in the sequential transportation pipeline of different product oils,the friction coefficient is introduced to replace the conversion of the reference pressure and flow-rate,and the evaluation method of the effect of reducing the friction is established.The evaluation method is applied to Hua-Wang double line.The time segment in which 0#diesel with drag reducing agent flows in and 92#gasoline flows out and the time segment of 0#diesel without drag reducing agent flows in and 0#diesel with drag reducing agent flows out are analyzed respectively,and the varying trend of the drag reduction rate of Hua-Wang double line with time is obtained.Under the condition of flow rate of 455.65 m3/h,the maximum drag reduction rate of the pipeline can achieve to 54%.Under test conditions,the maximum flow rate of the pipeline is 550.93 m3/h,which breaks through the bottleneck of the Hua-Wang double line.
