摘要
减阻剂在石油管道输送中的节能降耗作用已日益受到人们的重视,因而减阻剂性能的评价也成为一个重要课题.本文根据湍流的基本特性及经验方程,同时兼顾实验装置的可行性,推导出了减阻率的计算方程,利用自建的减阻剂室内环道评价装置,测定了减阻剂室内环道装置的工作特性参数,拟合了减阻率计算方程中的模型参数,即n值为O.166 6.
More and more importance has been attached to the use of drag reduction agent for oil conduits, therefore how to evaluate the DRA's performance is an important problem. this paper deduces the calculation formula for DRA's drag reduction rate, and the value of 0. 1666 n in the calculation formula has been given by experimental measurements base on the theory of turbulent flow.
