摘要
自然资源监管核查移动平板系统针对“山水林田湖草”等自然资源进行统一监管监测,为满足自然资源行政管理部门的实际业务需求,利用现代互联网、地理信息技术以及北斗导航技术等,打造纵向联动、横向协同、互联互通的自然资源移动核查系统,通过关键技术研究和攻关,实现遥感影像快速发布、自然资源一张图分布展示、实时巡查管理等集资源监管与可视化表达的一体化服务体系。
The mobile flat panel system of natural resources supervision and verification aims at the unified supervision and monitoring of natural resources of"mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses".Under the combination of the actual business needs of the natural resources administrative department,the mobile verification system of natural resources realizes vertical linkage,horizontal coordination and interconnection by using modern Internet,geographic information technology and Beidou navigation technology.Through the research of key technologies research and tackle key problems,realize the integrated service system of resource supervision and visual expression,such as rapid release of remote sensing image,distribution display of one natural resource map,real-time patrol management,etc.
