摘要
“双创”背景下,国内众多高职院校以“互联网+”、“挑战杯”等大赛为载体,通过选拔一批优秀的骨干教师和学生组成比赛团队,在比赛的准备和实施过程中,提高了参赛学生的双创能力。这种临时组合的团队能够很好地完成比赛任务,但很难形成可持续的“双创”人才培养培养模式。本文围绕科研平台的建设吸引和组织一批有交叉学科背景和实践能力的骨干教师,通过学校和企业“双导师”指导学生进行相关项目的研发,提高学生的创新创业能力。在高职“双创”人才的选拔方式、高职“双创”人才培养师资队伍建设及高职“双创”人才教学模式等方面进行了探索。
Under the background of"entrepreneurship and innovation",many high vocational colleges in China have chosen the competition of"Internet+"and"Challenge Cup"as the carrier.A group of excellent backbone teachers and students have been selected to form a competition team.This kind of temporary team can complete the competition task well,but it is difficult to form a sustainable"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"talent training mode.Therefore,this paper focuses on the construction of scientific research platform to attract and organize a group of backbone teachers with interdisciplinary background and practical ability,through the"entrepreneurship and innovation"of schools and enterprises to guide students in the research and development of related projects,so as to improve students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.In addition,the paper makes a preliminary exploration on the selection mode of"entrepreneurship and innovation"talents,the construction of teachers'team and the teaching mode of"entrepreneurship and innovation"talents.
